The CHALLENGE

Our discovery session revealed the need for a Financial Operations (FinOps) Solutions Architect to evaluate current state AWS infrastructure and identify any inefficiencies or opportunities to decrease costs. This individual needed to be a complex problem solver with a deep background in data and analytics, scaling cloud environments, and well-architected standards. Further, the client sought a consultant with a FinOps Practitioner and AWS Architect certification, and experience assessing numerous environments for greater perspective on their respective performance.

Our SOLUTION

We launched a nationwide talent mapping exercise to uncover all qualified candidates in the market. This research surfaced only a small talent pool. Through systematic yet creative outreach and best practice headhunting, we successfully identified the right talent for the appointment.
