The CHALLENGE

Derived from a full briefing session, the client was looking to add a Sr. Director to their Product Management division. This individual needed feature development experience in the niche AIOps or DataOps SaaS space. Further, the chosen candidate would need expert knowledge of product management, Agile best practices, and experience managing a growing team of Product Managers.
